Do not pull the power cable over sharp edges, trap it or let it hang down. The power cable must be protected from heat and moisture. The power cable must not be stretched or strained.
The power cable must not touch any hot parts of the device!
Always switch off the device after use!
Only insert the plug into the socket when the device is switched off!
Never wrap the power cord around the device!
Always unplug the power plug when cleaning the device, in the event of a malfunction, or when not in use!
Do not place the device or power cord on hot surfaces such as stove tops or similar, and keep it away from open flames!
Before each use, check that the device is in perfect condition. It must not be used if: - it is not working properly - the supply cable is damaged - the device shows visible damage - the device has been dropped once - or if it has fallen into water.
If the power cable is damaged, it may only be replaced by the manufacturer, its customer service or a qualified electrician in order to avoid a hazard!
Repairs may only be carried out by an authorised service centre or by a qualified electrician using original spare parts.
Never immerse the device in water.
Do not use this device near bathtubs, shower trays or other containers that contain water.
If the device is used in a bathroom, unplug the plug after use because the proximity of water poses a hazard even when the device is switched off.
Do not pull the power plug out of the socket by the power cable or with wet hands!
To prevent hazardous situations caused by accidentally resetting the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be connected to an external switching device, such as a timer, a power outlet with unstable or intermittent power supply, or a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility company.
Never use the device in environments where there is a high concentration of aerosol (spray) products or where oxygen is released.
Never spray the device with aerosol (spray) products labelled as flammable.
As an additional safety measure, the installation of a tested residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA in the circuit is recommended. Consult an electrician for advice.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above.
This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
The appliance is not a toy!
Never carry the appliance by the cable.
Switch off the appliance during longer interruptions in use!
Do not use hairspray or other chemical hair care products that are highly flammable.
Do not use on hair that is dripping wet or on plastic hair.
The appliance is not suitable for styling animal hair.
Protect the device from the effects of weather, such as moisture or direct sunlight! The device is not approved for outdoor use.
Do not use the device to heat a room.
The device is not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher!

Packaging materials, such as plastic bags, should be kept out of the reach of children.
Use only the accessories supplied.
If the device is defective, never attempt to repair it yourself, as improper repairs can pose a significant hazard to the user.
If the device is damaged, please contact your specialist dealer or the manufacturer.

Intended use This device is to be used exclusively for drying and styling human head hair. Any other use is not permitted. In the event of misuse, incorrect operation or unprofessional repair, no liability will be accepted for any damage.

WARNING! Risk of burns from hot parts of the device!
Never touch or go near the heating rod when the device is in operation. Avoid any contact with skin or eyes.
Parts of the device may become hot during use. Allow to cool before handling! Parts of the device may still be hot even after switching off and cause burns. Therefore, always allow the device to cool down completely before cleaning.
Protect the device from dust, dirt and lint.
Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents.
Only wipe the device with a slightly damp cloth and dry with a soft cloth.

WARNING! Risk of burning your hair due to temperature being set too high!
Depending on your hair type, there is a risk of your hair drying out or, in the worst case, burning if the temperature is set incorrectly or the curling iron is used improperly. Select the temperature that is suitable for your hair type.

Waste electrical and electronic equipment at the end of its service life
– Do not dispose of electrical appliances in your household waste. European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its transposition into national law requires that used electrical appliances must be collected separately and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner. Recycling as an alternative to return requests: The owner of the electrical device is obliged to cooperate in proper recycling instead of returning the device in the event of abandonment of ownership. The old device can also be left at a collection point that carries out disposal in accordance with national recycling and waste laws. This does not apply to accessories and aids without electrical components that are included with the old devices. The product packaging consists of recyclable materials. Please dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner and recycle it.
